EXPORT BOOKINGS:

Can be placed through one of the following channels:

1.    Online (Provided you are registered.)

Via My OOCL Centre (www.oocl.com)
or CargoSmart (www.cargosmart.com)

Booking Acknowledgement will be sent within 2 Hours

If not registered, this can be done by selecting “Register Now” in:

 www.oocl.com or www.cargosmart.com

or alternatively via the following link. https://moc.oocl.com/admin/registration/reg_registration_submit_main.jsf

2.    EDI

EDIFACT as well as X.12 formats can be handled.

Please refer to http://www.oocl.com/eng/ourservices/eservices/edi/ for implementation guides, and more information about messages, formats and protocols. To commence implementation, please contact below local teams who will provide you with EDI Development Form to facilitate information gathering.

For dangerous goods, shipper owned containers, additional forms are required.  Please fill in the appropriate forms and upload to us via the Shipment Folder in My OOCL Center

EXPORT DOCUMENTATION:

Please submit Shipping Instruction (SI) prior to Cut Off for 24 Hour Destinations and no later than 24 hours after sailing for other destinations. Penalty will apply for late submissions.

SI can be submitted to us through the following channels:

1. Online (Provided you are registered.)

Via My OOCL Centre (www.oocl.com)
or CargoSmart (www.cargosmart.com)

Draft B/L will be available within 6 working hours upon receipt of complete SI.

2.EDI

EDIFACT as well as X.12 formats can be handled.

Please refer to  http://www.oocl.com/eng/ourservices/eservices/edi/for implementation guides, and more information about messages, formats and protocols. To commence implementation, please express your interest on email to oalexp@oocl.com or oalrftdoc@oocl.com who will provide you with EDI Development Form to facilitate information gathering.

Draft B/L for SI’s submitted by EDI will be available within 6 working hours upon receipt of SI

3. SI on email using OOCL Excel Template

SI Template form is available on: (http://www.oocl.com/singapore/eng/localinformation/eforms/)

If you are using this option you will need a specific email address set up for you to use so the SI detail will be transferred directly into our system. Please contact our team who will set up the email for you.

Draft B/L using SI on OOCL excel template will be available within 6 working hours upon receipt of SI

4. SI on email (Non OOCL Template)

Please send on email to oalexpdoc@oocl.com for Dry cargo & oalrftdoc@oocl.com for Reefer Cargo. Vessel and Booking number should be shown in email subject and please submit one SI per email.

Draft B/L’s for SI’s sent on Non OOCL Template will be available within 24 hours upon receipt of SI.

Issuance of Original Bill of Ladings (OB/Ls) or Sea Waybill (Express Bill)

For complete SI received before the vessel sailed, the OB/L will be ready for collection within 24 hours after vessel sailed.

For complete SI received after vessel sailed, the OB/L will be ready for collection within 24 hours after submission of the complete SI.

OB/Ls or Sea Waybill are available for registered customers through My OOCL Center subject to settlement of charges.
