FREMANTLE SHUTTLE “AWX" SERVICE UPGRADE

OOCL is excited to announce an upgrade to our established AWX service, which was first launched in August 2020.

In response to customer feedback on the importance of schedule integrity and request for greater port coverage, a third vessel will be added to the AWX service along with Port Klang added as a direct port of call. As a quality carrier that is proud of our continuous focus on sustainability, OOCL are pleased to advise that the upgrade of the AWX service will benefit the environment through a substantial reduction of emissions for the same TEU capacity.

This AWX upgrade will provide improved schedule integrity, increase OOCL's direct port of call coverage, and further enhance the connectivity to our Asia and Global network. With a port rotation of SINGAPORE – FREMANTLE – PORT KLANG – SINGAPORE, the new AWX service first sailing is scheduled to start from Port Klang on Feb 28, Singapore on March 1, and arriving at Fremantle on March 8, 2024.
