Customer Service Operation in Chittagong during the Holidays on Eid-ul-Azha in Bangladesh
Dear Customer,
Please be informed that during the forthcoming holidays on Eid-ul-Azha there will be some restrictions on our Customer Service Operations in Chittagong. Please have the Feeder schedule as well as the schedule for Customer service Operations also.
v Please have Feeders schedule in SIN & CLB Leg before Eid Holidays:
The following SIN & CLB bound feeders will be available before Eid Holidays (which is subject to berthing /sailing). Thus you are requested to plan the cargo accordingly for smooth connections at t/s HUBS:

v Please have Customer Service Operations in Chittagong as follows before Eid Holidays:
CFS, ICD & IMPORT OPERATIONS:
THE DAY BEFORE EID-UL-AZHA: following schedule of KDSLL operation will be continued for Holy Eid-Ul-Azha - 2011.
CFS:
Cargo booking/Truck Receiving : till 12:00hrs (12:00 pm) before the day of Eid-ul-Azha.
Cargo Receiving : till 14:00hrs (02:00 pm) before the day of Eid-ul-Azha.
Stuffing Program Receiving : till 12:00hrs (12:00 pm) before the day of Eid-ul-Azha.
CFS Operation/Stuffing Activities : till 18:00hrs (06:00 pm) before the day of Eid-ul-Azha.
ICD:
Delivery Certificate Receiving : till 18:00hrs (06:00 pm) before the day of Eid-ul- Azha.
OutBond Container Receiving : till 18:00hrs (06:00 pm) before the day of Eid-ul-Azha.
IMPORT:
Import delivery : till 1800 HRS (6:00 pm) before the day of Eid-ul-Azha.
* All kinds of operational activity will be stopped on Eid day.
*CFS & ICD/Import Operation will resume as usual at 12:00pm on the following day of Eid-Ul-Azha.
