Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) Proof of Report (POR) Requirements

As a reminder, Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) Proof of Report (POR) number must be provided to OOCL in writing for all Canada load port exports by the designated POR Documentation Cutoff by one of the following methods:

• Notate the POR information on your Shipping Instructions by the designated POR documentation cut off.
• Submit online via the Service Request feature in My OOCL Center http://www.oocl.com/canada/eng/Pages/default.aspx 
• For any POR information submitted to OOCL after the designated POR documentation cut off, please contact your OOCL Customer Service Booking Representative to facilitate cargo loading.

For POR reporting purposes, OOCL’s carrier code is 9082.
