Important update to OOCL's Canadian banking information
Dear Valued Customer,
Please be advised that we have an important update to our Canadian banking information. Effective immediately, all freight payment transactions should be directed to our new bank account with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. The final date for submitting payments to our previous HSBC Bank Canada account is September 30, 2024. After this cut-off date, we will no longer accept payments through HSBC Bank Canada. The remitter is responsible for any additional costs incurred due to reprocessing, including the return of funds, or resending the payment. It is advisable for remitters to be aware of this deadline and ensure that their transactions are completed in a timely manner to avoid any extra charges. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and request that you update your records accordingly to ensure a seamless transition.
