| Position
(Senior) HR Officer, Training (Position Code:HRA02) Location
The position is domiciled in Shanghai.
- To implement all aspects of HR training strategies
- To conduct or organize, develop training programs and assist in development projects in enhancing organizational efficiency
- To gather and analyze training related data, submit monthly, quarterly, yearly training report to upper management for review
- To take charge in maintaining training webpage smoothly running
- To organize TIP award to demonstrate TIP spirit
- To coordinate FOCUS magazine edition for events happened in China
- Bachelor degree in HR Management or related fields
- More than 3 year’s relevant working experience in HR Department with multi-national company, with at least 2 years focus on training field would be preferred
- Good command of both oral and written English
- Good knowledge in Microsoft applications
- Solid experience in training is a MUST
- Mature, steady-going, opened-minded with excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be a team player and strong interest in training field
