(Senior) HR Officer (Position Code:HRA03)
Location
The position is domiciled in Tianjin.
Accountabilities
- To handle the Social Insurance for staff, including the registration and annual check with the relevant department of Government, preparing and tracking the monthly payment and annual adjustment
- To support local managers regarding recruitment issue, including recruitment advertisement, CV collection, interview arrangement, etc
- To coordinate training events and conduct orientation for new staff
- To ensure general administration services are provided in a quality, effective and efficient manner, including fixed assets, car insurance, office security system, etc
- To provide advice and counsel for local managers regarding HR practices, policies, and related issues
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related fields
- More than 4 years relevant working experience in HR & Admin with multi-national company, managerial experience is preferred
- Good command of both oral and written English
- Good knowledge in Microsoft applications
- Good knowledge in China Labor Law and local regulations
- Practical experience in HR & Administration is a MUST
- Mature, independent, opened-minded with excellent interpersonal skills
- Team spirit, fast learning, good working attitude, capable and willing to work under pressure, good communicator
