Coordinator, Customer Service - CSV/NIN/OCHL

Location

Ningbo office

Accountabilities

  • To be responsible to booking capture and customer coordination
  • To be responsible to arrange Telex Release Bill, Payable elsewhere, Outbound Lading issue elsewhere, etc.
  • To be responsible to do bill amendment after Outbound Lading issue
  • To be responsible to print Debit Note and Distribute to cargo agent

Requirements

  • University graduated major in Shipping or International-Trade related fields
  • Good selling skill and negotiation skill
  • Self-motivated, customer-driven, with excellent communication skills
  • Good command of both oral and written English
  • Good knowledge in MS applications
