Coordinator, Customer Service - SHA/DMLOG
Location
Shanghai office
- To coordinate export shipment handling, including but not limit to the document collection, transportation arrangement, reporting, data in-put, etc.
- To coordinate with other team members to provide best customer service to our customers in all respects, which include but not limit to domestic transportation order processing, cargo tracing and tracking, contingency handling, bill checking and DCS data key in.
- To ensure the standard operation procedure to be well implemented.
- University degree, preferably in international trading or logistics fields.
- CET-4, good command of both oral and written English
- Good knowledge in Microsoft applications
- Good inter-personal skills and team-work spirit.
