HR Coordinator/Officer

Accountabilities

  • To perform HR basic administration in staff entrance/transfer/exit procedures
  • To follow the procedure to monitor probation assessment review, labor contract renewal
  • To well maintain employee’s information and personnel files
  • To be the entry point for HR transaction/policy related queries from manager/employee and provide professional HR solutions
  • Other administrative support to daily staffing operation (reporting, staff activities, etc.)

Requirements

  • Education background: Bachelor or above
  • Skills required:
    - good oral and written English 
    - good computer skill 
    - good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Other qualification:
    - High sense of responsibility and accountability 
    - Honest, Integrity and dedication to work
