Logistics Customer Service Coordinator


Location

 
Guangzhou Office

Accountabilities

  • Receive the customer's standing order;
  • Ensure to fulfill the requirement by customers, include trucking arrangement, shipping plan, cost est;
  • Communicate with shipping company to ensure booked space / equipment available;
  • Input the system accurately and efficiently to arrange the transportation plan;
  • Arrange to pick up the cargoes from customer and trace the status by cooperated with OPS teammates;
  • Get the relevant container no and seal no and provide information to shipping company;
  • Trace the sailing date and inform customers for any change, negotiate with clients for solution if customers can not accept the change;
  • Cooperate with teammates in destination and make sure the cargo will be delivered as per customer's request;
  • Read and reply daily E-mail and follow up phone inquires and prepare regular APVfor vendor and submit to supervisor;
  • Request F&A to issue invoice to customers, and help to push the payment in case of necessary and be willing to support local Value added service such as trucking etc proactively.

Requirements

  • College or university graduates.
  • At least one or above year of relevant experience.
  • Good experience and knowledge in managing International logistics shipments
  • Ability to comment on customers' operation guides, plan and set up working procedures
  • Able to lead a team to implement procedures and deliver satisfactory services
  • Detail-minded, organized, proactive, helpful, friendly and able to work under pressure and workload
  • Good written and spoken English, good understanding and communication skill
