Logistics Documentation Coordinator


Location

 
Shenzhen Office

Accountabilities

  • Handle the group data inputting (ranging from receiving, checking, verifying, booking & inputting shipments details into system)
  • Close communicating with local customer to ensure document & information flow efficiency
  • To ensure the operation & documentation procedures comply with the stated guidelines
  • Will take up the accountability on all destination document preparation and hub control process
  • Plan and coordinate with all shipment whether there is any feasibility for re-work.

Requirements

  • College or above
  • Basic knowledge in shipping & logistics function and some experience in related field, such as logistics industry, freight forwarding
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Able to work under constant time pressure and meet target deadline
  • Clear & effective communication skill
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn
