Position

Officer (Ref: Officer/SSC/ZHA-ISDC) 

Accountabilities

  • With Focus on supporting a customer service team in various locations, you are responsible for carrying out day-to-day duties with following objectives:
  • To provide routine system maintenance
  • To assist in data capturing for documentation purpose
  • To monitor data quality and help to improve data integrity
  • To assist in providing solutions on service issues
  • To assist in implementation of defined customer service processes

Requirements

  • University/College graduate (bachelor or diploma) or post-graduate
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Competency in Windows/Office application software
  • Two years working experience in logistics or liner transportation preferred.
