Notice of Payment Method in North China / 付款须知
To save your time and effort, we are pleased to provide you the following options of payment method for the settlement of related B/L s’ charges
- Remittance –Make a remittance by telegraphic transfer (T/T) or transfer to our designated bank accounts directly.
- Cash –Only the bank counter of our company's designated bank account can handle the cash deposit.
- Cheque- Present company cheque directly to our Finance & Account Department or counter offices
OOCL will be phasing out the collection of cash and checks gradually. Appreciate you can adopt method of E-payment including transfer to our designated bank accounts directly etc.
为提供更方便快捷的缴费服务,客户可以选择以下付款方式支付有关提单费用：
- 汇款 – 贵公司可以通过电汇或转帐的方式把款项直接汇至本公司指定的银行帐户.
- 现金 – 只能到我公司开户的银行柜台才可以办理存现金, 其他银行是不办理的.
- 支票 – 贵公司可以将支票直接交至本公司财务部或柜台收款人员.
我们公司将逐渐取消现金和支票的收取. 请广大客户采用转账等电子方式支付
After payment, please send the payment advise with B/L number to our Finance & Account Department for checking.
*For original B/L and Inbound documents exchange at our counter offices, please bring along the payment advice or you can present your company cheque directly. Be sure the Cheque amount has been arrived at our bank account before releasing or exchanging OBL.
待款项付出后,请在银行确认的付款凭证上列明相应的付款提单号并电邮至本公司财务部,以便查收.
*若贵公司需要到本公司柜台换取正本提单,可将银行确认的付款凭证或公司支票交给本公司柜台. 支票必须确认已经进我公司银行帐后才可换取正本提单.
