1. Definition of Key Terms

Free time shall commence at 00:00am on the first working day when container pick up from carrier's facility and shall expire at 00:00am on CY cutoff day (working day). And the storage charge is excluded. |

Detention charges shall commence at 00:00am on the first working day same as the expiration of free time. |

Free time shall commence at 00:00am on the first working day same as the vessel arrival and shall expire at 00:00am on container empty return day (working day). And the storage charge is excluded. |
