Customer Service Hotline Enhancement
Dear Customers,
We're pleased to advise that with effective from Mar 1, you can also enjoy 24-hour phone service to counter office with the Customer Service Hotline (2588 1022).
With the integration, we’re able to centralize all phone enquiries to one service hotline. As such, the use of 8264 5110 will be discontinued from the same date too.
For your ready reference, here are some hotkeys to common enquiries at the 24-hour phone system.
