Increased Port Congestion Surcharge for imports to Shuaiba Notice

Dear Value Customers,

Please be advised that with effective from 15th September 2017, OOCL would like to increase the Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS) for all inbound shipments to Shuaiba.

USD 300/20' Container
USD 600/40' Container
USD 600/40' High Cube Container

The effective date refers to cargo on board Date. The surcharge will be on collect basis.
