Notice to Customer 

Inbound Operation Restrictions during
Chinese New Year Holiday in South China

Dear Customers,
We would like to remind you that during the forthcoming Chinese New Year Holiday in South China, there will be operation restrictions for import shipments in South China (including Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan Yunnan and Guizhou) as following:

Status Restrictive Period Port of Discharge / Destination 
Operation as usual Not applicable Shekou / Yantian/ Nansha via trunk service
All inbound Hazardous shipments will be prohibitedJanuary 29 to February 21Hainan/ Guangxi/ Yunnan/ Guizhou and “Pearl River Delta” ports including but not limited to Huangpu/Guangzhou/ Foshan/Sanshui/ Zhongshan/ Zhuhai/ Jiangmen /Dongguan/Huizhou /Shantou / Zhanjiang
All inbound Reefer shipments will be prohibitedFebruary 02 to February 21Hainan/ Guangxi/ Yunnan/ Guizhou and “Pearl River Delta” ports including but not limited to Huangpu/Guangzhou/ Foshan/Sanshui/ Zhongshan/ Zhuhai/ Jiangmen /Dongguan/Huizhou /Shantou / Zhanjiang
All inbound Awkward cargo (out of Gauge) shipments will be prohibitedFebruary 05 to February 19For some ports in Hainan/ Guangxi and Zhanjiang port in Guangdong
February 07 to February 19For the ports in “Pearl River Delta” ports including but not limited to Huangpu/Guangzhou/ Foshan/Sanshui/ Zhongshan/ Zhuhai/ Jiangmen /Dongguan/Huizhou /Shantou
Feeder service will be suspended (subject to terminal operation at final destination  February 05 to February 21For some ports in Hainan, Guangxi and Guangdong  

 

Any demurrage/ detention incurred at transshipment port will be on account of cargo due to such restrictions during the aforesaid period. Please kindly arrange your shipment well in advance.
