Please be advised that effective from April 15, 2017, OOCL is to adjust the high security seal (HSS) charge from Mainland China (not including Hainan, Yunnan, Guangxi, Guangdong and Guizhou Provinces, which are per separate notice) to all destinations to CNY 30/container to maintain our quality service to all customers. The effective date refers to Cargo Received Date for Trans Pacific Trade and Laden Onboard Date for all other Trades.
