Please be advised that with effect from 01st March 2020 until further notice, OOCL will apply the Fue Cost Recovery (FCR) / Low Sulphur Adjustment (LSA) as follows:

• Shall NOT be applied to shipments when Bunker Surcharge and/or Low Sulphur Fuel Surcharge and/or Fuel Cost Recovery Charge already applied or being inclusive in the base rate.
• Based on shipment on-board date
The LSA and FCR tariff will be reviewed monthly if the fuel price fluctuation is more than USD 25 per ton, please check OOCL website on a monthly basis in respect of further notices on change (if any) on LSA and FCR tariff.
The LSA and FCR surcharges set out in this notice are valid until further notice (unless otherwise specified) and governed by and subject to carrier’s prevailing tariff(s) published on www.oocl.com.
