依据海事局最新通报《甬海北仑[2003]4号》文件，目前北仑口岸出口的危险品有隐情不报或漏报的现象，诸如胶粘剂类（白胶/AB胶/瞬间胶/多功能胶）、乒乓球、聚苯乙烯粒料、二氟化氢铵、硫酸铜、丙烯酸、甲苯、丙酮、油漆、涂料及其成品、干粉灭火器、锂电池、蓄电池类、修正液、树脂溶液、鱼粉、干椰子肉、香水、摩丝、发胶、指甲油、喷雾式空气清新剂、打火机、酒精饮料、农药类等危险货物按照普通货物装运出口，造成承运人在未知的情况下，船舶未按照危险货物的要求进行积载和隔离等，如此给船舶及水上交通运输带来了严重的安全隐患；同时也违反了国家关于海运危险货物出口的法律、法规。按照交通部的处罚规定，如船舶载运危险品未向海事部门申报，可对相关责任方处以2-10万甚至更高的罚款。
