 CC Tung - Chairman
Mr Tung has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of OOIL, the parent company of Orient Overseas Container Line Ltd. (OOCLL), since October 1996. Mr Tung chairs the Executive Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Board of OOIL. He is also the Chairman and a Director of various subsidiary companies of OOIL. Mr Tung holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Liverpool, England, and a Master degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the United States.
Philip Chow - Chief Executive Officer
Mr Chow has been a Director of OOIL, parent company of Orient Overseas Container Line Ltd. (OOCLL) since December 2003. Mr Chow holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry and physics from the University of Hong Kong and a Master of Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Mr Chow joined the Group in 1976 and has served OOCLL in various capacities for 31 years. Mr Chow has been the Chief Executive Officer of OOCLL since January 2004.
 CL Ting - Managing Director, Trade Management
Mr Ting has been the Managing Director of OOCL (Asia Pacific) Ltd. since 2001 and Managing Director of OOCLL since October 1996. Mr Ting holds a Bachelor and a Master degree in Economics from the Université catholique de Louvain-Belgium. Mr Ting joined the Group in 1974 and has served OOCLL and its subsidiaries in various capacities for 33 years.
 Allan Wong - Managing Director, Asia-Pacific
Mr Wong has been the Managing Director of OOCL (Asia Pacific) Ltd and a Director of OOCLL since October 2000. Mr Wong holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree and a Master of Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Mr Wong joined the Group in 1976 and has served OOCLL and its subsidiaries in various capacities for 30 years and has been the Chief Executive Officer of OOCL Logistics Ltd. since June 2004.
 Peter Leng, Managing Director, North America
Mr Leng has been the President of OOCL (USA) Inc. and a Director of OOCLL since July 2003. Mr Leng holds a Bachelor degree of Arts from Soochow University, Taiwan. Mr Leng joined the Group in 1976 and has served OOCLL and its subsidiaries in various capacities for 31 years.
 Henry Wong, Managing Director, Europe
Mr Wong has been the Managing Director of OOCL (Europe) Ltd and a Director of OOCLL since January 2006. Mr Wong holds a Bachelor degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Mr Wong joined the Group in 1973 and has served OOCLL and its subsidiaries in various capacities for 33 years.
 Bosco Louie, Director of Corporate Logistics & Fleet Management
Mr Louie has been Director of Corporate Logistics and Fleet Management of OOCLL since January 2004 and a Director of OOCLL since March 2006. Mr Louie holds a Bachelor degree from the University of Hong Kong. Mr Louie joined the Group in 1975 and has served OOCLL in various capacities for 31 years.
 Andy Tung - Director of Corporate Planning & Marketing
Mr Tung has been the Director of Corporate Planning and Marketing of OOCLL and a Director of OOCLL since March 2006. Mr Tung holds a Bachelor degree from Princeton University and a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University in the USA. Mr Tung worked for OOCLL in various management capacities between 1993 and 1999.
 Steve Siu - Chief Information Officer
Mr Siu has been the Chief Information Officer and a Director of OOCLL since November 2006. Mr Siu holds a Bachelor and Master degree of Science from the University of Essex, UK, and a Master of Business Administration jointly organized by Northwestern University and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Mr Siu joined the Group in 1987 and has served OOCLL and its subsidiaries in various capacities for 19 years, and has been the Chief Executive Officer of CargoSmart since January 2002.
