CC Tung - Chairman

Mr Tung has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Orient Overseas (International) Limited (OOIL), the parent company of Orient Overseas Container Line Ltd. (OOCL), since October 1996. Mr Tung chairs the Executive Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Board of OOIL. He is also the Chairman and a Director of various subsidiary companies of OOIL. Mr Tung holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Liverpool, England, and a Master degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the United States.


Philip Chow - Chief Executive Officer

Mr Chow has been a Director of OOIL, parent company of OOCL since December 2003, and is a Senior Managing Director of OOCL. Mr Chow holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry and physics from the University of Hong Kong and a Master of Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Mr Chow joined the Group in 1976 and has served OOCL in various capacities for 35 years. Mr Chow has been the Chief Executive Officer of OOCL since January 2004.

 

Andy Tung - Chief Operating Officer

Mr Tung has been the Chief Operating Officer of OOCL since January 2009 and a Director of OOCL since March 2006. He was appointed as a Managing Director of OOCL in 2009. He has also been an Executive Director and a member of the Executive Committee of OOIL since November 2011. Mr Tung holds a Bachelor degree from Princeton University and a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University in the USA. Mr Tung worked for OOCL in various management capacities between 1993 and 1999.

 


Ken Cambie – Chief Financial Officer

Ken Cambie was appointed as Director of OOIL/OOCL and Chief Financial Officer in August 2007. He was appointed a member of the OOCL Executive Committee since April 1, 2011. Mr. Cambie holds a Bachelor and Master of Commerce from Auckland University. Mr. Cambie joined the Group in 2007 and has served the company for 4 years.

 

Lammy Lee – Group Legal Advisor, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

Ms Lee has been the Company Secretary and Group Legal Advisor of OOIL since February 1997 and Compliance Officer of OOIL since June 2004. She was appointed a Director of OOCLL and a member of the OOCL Executive Committee since April 1, 2011. Ms. Lee holds a Bachelor of Laws from Queen Mary College, University of London, a Barrister and member of Lincoln’s Inn and admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. Ms. Lee joined the Group in 1988 and has served the Group in various capacities for 23 years.

 

Allan Wong - Managing Director of OOCL and CEO of OOCL Logistics

Mr Wong has been the Managing Director of OOCL since November 2009 and a Director of OOCL since October 2000. Mr Wong holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree and a Master of Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Mr Wong joined the Group in 1976 and has served OOCL and its subsidiaries in various capacities for 35 years including his concurrent position as the Chief Executive Officer of OOCL Logistics Ltd. since June 2004. 
 


Bosco Louie - Director of Regions Management

Mr Louie has been the Director of Regions Management since November 2009. He has been a Director of OOCL since 2004. Mr Louie holds a Bachelor degree from the University of Hong Kong. Mr Louie joined the Group in 1975 and has served OOCL in various capacities for 36 years.

 


Steve Siu - Director and Chief Information Officer

Mr Siu has been the Chief Information Officer and a Director of OOCL since November 2006. Mr Siu holds a Bachelor and Master degree of Science from the University of Essex, UK, and a Master of Business Administration jointly organized by Northwestern University and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Mr Siu joined the Group in 1987 and has served OOCL and its subsidiaries in various capacities for 24 years, and has been the Chief Executive Officer of CargoSmart since January 2002.

 


Erxin Yao - President of OOCL (USA) Inc

Mr Yao has been the President of OOCL (USA) Inc and a Director of OOCL since January 2010. Prior to his current position, Mr Yao was Managing Director of OOCL (China) Limited and Managing Director of OOCL Logistics (China) Limited based in Shanghai. Mr Yao holds a joint Bachelor of Arts degree from Toronto/Fudan University and a Master of Arts degree from Columbia University. Mr Yao joined the Group in 1993. Over the past 18 years, Mr Yao has held various functional and management positions in the group, including Executive Vice-President and head of Corporate Services of OOCL Logistics.

 


Michael Kwok, Director of Trades

Mr Kwok has been the Director of Trades since 1 August 2010. He has also been a Director of OOCL and a member of the OOCL Executive Committee since 1 August 2010. Mr Kwok holds a Bachelor of Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He joined the Group in 1978 and has served OOCL in various capacities for 33 years.

 


Stephen Ng, Director of Corporate Planning

Mr Ng has been the Director of Corporate Planning since 1 August 2010. He has also been a Director of OOCL and a member of the OOCL Executive Committee since 1 August 2010. Mr Ng is the company spokesman and is OOCL’s representative for Grand Alliance consortium operations at the Principal’s level. Mr Ng holds an MBA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree from the University of Hong Kong. He joined the Group in 1987 and has served the company in various capacities for 24 years.
