OOCL, as a prudent carrier, is committed to delivering the highest quality services to our customers. Due to circumstances beyond our control we recognize that errors and accidents may occasionally happen. From February 1, 2010, we are pleased to offer an online eClaims solution for our customers’ convenience.

In the event that cargo may sustain a loss or damage whilst under our care, we have a professional team to handle your cargo claims in an efficient and timely manner. We will send an official acknowledgement within 24 hours, and a firm reply within 30 days of official claim filing.
