Upon further review of the port congestion situation along the U.S. West Coast, OOCL has decided to postpone the Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS) application on all U.S. origin or U.S. destination shipments arriving at or departing via any U.S. West Coast port or Canadian Gateway with immediate effect until further notice.
