ISO Standard for High Security Seal – ISO 17712:2013

Dear Valued Customers,

Further to our previous advisory, with effect from May 15, 2014, the current International Organization for Standardization (ISO) mechanical seal standard (ISO 17712:2010) has changed to ISO 17712:2013.

OOCL will fully cooperate with the authorities concerned to ensure our compliance to this ISO standard on the seal requirement is met.

Customers who will be responsible for supplying and affixing high security seals on their containers are also reminded to ensure full compliance to the ISO requirements.
