U.S. CBP Issues In-bond Final Rule - Update

Dear Valued Customer,

Further to our previous advisory dated on November 28, 2017, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced on January 4, 2018, that it will extend the implementation of the In-Bond Final Rule by six months. 

In addition, the CBP has NOT set a date for the implementation of the provision requiring the 6-digit Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) requirement for Immediate Transportation movements.
