HS Code Requirement for all Cargoes Entering or to be Transshipped at German Ports

Further to our previous advisory, with immediate effect, HS Code requirement is now enforced for all cargoes entering or to be transshipped at German ports.

OOCL respectful request our customers to provide valid and accurate HS Code of each cargo item in the Shipping Instruction at the loading end, failure of which may result in cargo clearance delays, extra demurrage costs and potential extra charges imposed by the authorities.
