My colleagues, along with the company culture, impressed me a lot with their strong sense of team spirit and generosity in sharing their experience. This really helps in my training and development. I can adapt to new departments smoothly with helpful coaching from supervisors and co-workers. The constant experiences I am having and friendships I am building make my work in this big family really enjoyable.

Work-life balance is valued in this company and several interest clubs have been established for employees. This year I am honored to have been nominated as chairman of the recreational club to help spread this message over the whole office. It is a good occasion for me to train up my leadership skills. Clearly, OOCL presents me with a good environment in which I can develop my entire skill set.
