​Development is usually dull and tedious. This was what I thought at the beginning when I started working in the I.T. industry. I could just sit in front of the computer and code from morning to evening.

The truth is, it is not boring at all if you have a good boss and colleagues. We work together to discuss business problems and think about the solutions. When I came across difficulties and was afraid of not knowing how to solve them, my colleagues helped me deal with them properly. They guided me, trained me and provided me with support. I feel very happy to work with such great teammates.
