​I have been working in the system team (Information Services Department) for almost 3 years. My work is to provide middleware solutions and support to applications. I am delighted to have the opportunity to join the HKIE training program. Through this program, I can meet colleagues from various different teams. I also love the work culture in our office. It’s easy to hold meetings and this creates a close bond among different teams.

When I first joined the team, I found it quite difficult. I knew nothing about my work as I hadn’t touched on anything about system (such as Linux OS, Enterprise messaging systems) before. Luckily, my teammates were willing to teach me. Other teams members were also open to sharing their professional opinions with us. When asked, they do not hesitate to answer. I really enjoy my work life in here.
