​Nurturing the Young IT Talents

OOCLL has always been recognized as the pioneer in IT development for the liner and logistics industry and has been investing enormous resources in training young IT talents to gear toward further development.

OOCLL was certified as a HKIE Scheme ‘A’ company in 2009 and has been running the 2-year HKIE Fresh Graduates Trainee program since then. There are now about 30 trainees enrolled in the program. This program provides young talents with a nourishing ground to become seasoned IT professionals through a structured training program. "Sharing with the CIO" is one of the many channels where young talents can share views and widen their horizon.
