To get started, either register or sign in at www.cargosmart.com.

CargoSmart Invoices and Payment provides centralized visibility to your invoices and tools to improve your payment process.  You can search for Invoice Details to view charges online and to print invoices that have been uploaded to your account.  Payment Instructions lets you communicate to us how you intend to make a payment on selected invoices.  OOCL will process your check or electronic transfer against invoices indicated in your instructions, reducing the need for follow-up calls and e-mails.

• Find invoices – search invoice number, B/L number, vessel name, company, invoice status, and due date range
• View invoice details – access and audit charges (including add-on) and due dates
• Print invoices – invoices can be uploaded to your account instead of being mailed to your office
• View payment history – look up receipt number and payment date
• Share visibility of your invoice details with associate companies through Relationship Manager

• Group your invoices by vessel voyage and due date range and view the calculated total
• Receive a reference number for each payment instructions you submit
• Print copies of payment instructions for your records
• Share payment instructions with your accounting department or your broker to process payment with OOCL
