The rates, charges and rules governing cargo movements under this tariff are those published and in effect on the date when a shipment is received by the carrier or its agent.
A shipment shall not be considered as "received" until the full bill of lading quantity has been received.Applicable to AET only:
Received for shipment Bills of Lading will be issued and dated not earlier than the date of acceptance of the goods by the Carrier.Shipped Bills of Lading ('shipped on board' endorsements) will be issued and dated not earlier than the date of commencement of loading of the ocean or feeder vessel.
