Service Specifications Basic and Simple Traffic Modes OOCL accepts cargo in terms of LCL/LCL, LCL/FCL and FCL/LCL with no changes in movement mode once booking is confirmed at the port of receipt. Door pick up and delivery for LCL cargo are not offered as standard services. Value-added Service Request OOCL will accommodate special services to the greatest extent possible within the existing service capacity. Individual Service Contract (ISC) or Special Rate Agreement OOCL implements open and user-friendly LCL tariff rates only to cope with customers demands for simplification and equality. Regardless of the cargo volume and frequency, we always rate our customers fairly and equally.
