OOCL wins Lloyd’s List DCN Liner Trade Award - Australia to Europe

OOCL is delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Liner Trade Award to Europe in the 5th Annual Lloyd's List DCN Australian Shipping and Maritime Industry Awards, held in Sydney, Australia on November 25, 2010.

Lloyd’s List DCN said the Liner Trade Awards were judged on the basis of Customer Service which is defined as a combination of Customer Satisfaction and Schedule Reliability. The essential criteria for customer satisfaction is a combination of IT/communication capabilities, availability of equipment, cargo tracking capabilities, responding to customer complaints, procedures to deal with agencies such as Customs and AQIS and testimonials from customers

OOCL was also highly commended in the Liner Trade Award to North America and the Environmental Transport Award.
