Gateway Express service update

Dear Valued Customers,

Subsequent to our series of recovery actions taken to minimize the impact on  our customers’ supply chains due to service disruptions of our Gateway Express service (GEX1 & GEX2) earlier, we are pleased to inform you that the normalization of service and schedule for the two trade routes is well in progress.

We have taken various recovery actions including chartering external slots, diversion of urgent traffic to other gateways or services, and we are now working to put the service schedules back to normal in the coming weeks.

We will keep you informed of the recovery schedules of both service routes in due course.
