About OOCL in Greece
In Greece, OOCL is represented by an agent "Adamis Shipping Agency S.A." who are located in Piraeus.

Greece is situated on the Southern end of the Balkan Peninsular in South-Eastern Europe.  It is bordered by Bulgaria, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Albania and Turkey.  There are numerous Greek islands located in the Aegean Sea which lies to its East and in the Ionian Sea, which lies to its West.

Greece has been a member of the European Union since 1981.
According to the International Monetary Fund it has an estimated average per capita income of $30,661 for the year 2008, a figure comparable to that of Germany, France or Italy.  However, the Greek economy has been badly affected by the economic downturn and now faces significant problems, including rising unemployment levels and a trade deficit predicted to be in double figures for 2009.

The tourism industry is a major source of foreign exchange earnings and revenue accounting for 15% of Greece’s total GDP and employing 16.5% of the total workforce.  Shipping accounts for 4/5% of GDP and employs 4% of the workforce.
