ANNOUNCEMENT

South China to Canada
Carbon Tax Surcharge

Dear Customers,

This is to advise that with effect from Sept 15, 2008, the Carbon Tax Surcharge will be applied for all cargo that moves by rail and originates in or passes through British Columbia.

USD 3 per 20'
USD 6 for all other sizes

Note: Collection together with the freight
