- All inbound laden container subject to 24 hours advance appointment prior to pick up. All dutiable cargoes are subject to appointment prior noon before pick up.
- Articles under license control or prohibited for Transshipment via Hong Kong
- This is not an exhaustive list. Any queries, please contact OOCL (HK) Ltd. If not specified, at least 5 working days are required for license application.
Hong Kong
- With the exception of Radioactive cargo, other Hazardous cargo can be handled in Hong Kong Terminals. Per Fire Department, IMO Class 1 must be delivered by lighter along shipped while IMO Class 2 and 3 (HK Cat. 2 & 5) must be delivered within 72 hours.
- For cargo classified as IMO 2.1 (e.g gas lighter), an appointment must be made with OOCL\Customer Service team one working day prior to container gate in at MTL\ HIT.
- Arsine, imco2.3, UN2188 is prohibited to load, discharge and transit at Hong Kong
- Motor Fuel Anti-Knock Mixtures imco 6.1 PG6196 UN nr.1649 are strictly prohibited to be handled or stored at Terminals
Macau

IMO Class 1-4 is prohibited by Macau-Hong Kong Terminal while handling of Class 5-9 will be subject to prior application and consent of the terminal authority.
