Changes to the Regulations in filing of Sea Cargo Manifest for Import, Export and Transhipment, effective 1st Aug 2018.
With the recent changes to the Regulations vide Notification No. 38/2018-Customs (N.T.), with reference to filing of IGM, EGM for vessels arriving/sailing Indian ports by the CBITC, please find the attached initial advisory for your kind reference.

There are several discussions going on with the Customs and the various stake holders to have a clarity on the modalities with reference to Data Structure format, data validation, timelines and other requirements.
