OUTWARD MANIFEST SUBMISSION

Dear Valued Customer,

OUTWARD MANIFEST SUBMISSION

We refer to Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise No. P-10/BC/2006 of submission and administration procedures of notification on means of transportation inward plan, means of transportation inward manifest and means of transportation outward manifest change to Regulation no. 15/BC/2006 for Outward Manifest Submission via EDI with effective date :

November 1, 2006 for Jakarta shipments
December 1, 2006 for Outport shipments

In this regulation, the following terms apply:

1. Exported goods, loaded at the local customs site
2. Exported goods to be transit transported
3. Imported goods to be continuously transported
4. Imported goods to be transit transported
5. Goods from Customs Area transported from Customs Area to another Customs Area through the outside Customs Area
6. PEB or PKBE Number is mandatory to be shown in Outward Manifest Submission.
7. The obligation to submit notification in the form of Outward Manifest to Customs Office Officials, shall be fulfilled at the latest 24 (twenty-four) hours as from the departure of the Means of Transportation in question.

Application of Revision:

Insofar it can be proven by supporting documents, Carrier or any other responsible parties for the goods may file an application for revision of BC 1.1 referred to in Article 4 paragraph (12), in the event:

a. mistake is found on the number, mark, size and type of packaging and/or container;

b. mistake is found on the amount of packages and/or containers as well as the amount of bulk goods;

c. mistake is found in the name of consignee and/or notify party in the Manifest;

d. combination of several posts into one is necessary, on condition that:

1) the BC 1.1 post to be combined originates from the same BC 1.1;

2) name and address of the shipper/supplier, consignee, notify address/notify party, as well as the loading port shall be identical to the respective posts to be combined;

3) revised Bill of Lading/Airway Bill has been issued, e. there is other data mistake or change of manifest posts.
