1. Definition of Key Terms

Export Demurrage Export cargo free time shall commence at 00:00 from the same day after the container has been gate in full and shall end 00:00 AM the day the advertised cutoff
Import Demurrage Import cargo free time shall commence at 00:00 from the same day after the completion of the vessel complete discharge date/time and shall end 00:00 AM the day the container gate out from the CY depot
