Philip Chow （フィリップ チョウ）－ 最高経営責任者
 
2003年12月よりOOCLの親会社であるOOILの取締役及び、OOCLの専務取締役に就任。2004年1月より最高経営責任者に就任し現在に至る。1976年入社。35年にわたり様々な部門・分野でグループに貢献。香港大学にて、科学学士号（化学、物理学）（Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry and physics ）取得。香港中文大学にて経営学修士号（Master of Business Administration ）取得。



Andy Tung (アンディ トン) － 最高執行責任者

2006年3月より取締役就任。2009年1月より最高執行責任者に就任。2011年11月よりOOIL専務取締役及び執行委員会メンバーにも選任されました。米国プリンストン大学にて学士号（Bachelor degree）取得。米国スタンフォード大学にて経営学修士号（Master of Business Administration）取得。1993年から1999年、OOCLの様々な部門･分野で管理職を歴任。

Mr. Ken Cambie was appointed as Director of OOIL/OOCLL and Chief Financial Officer in August 2007.  He was appointed a member of the OOCLL Executive Committee since April 1, 2011.  Mr. Cambie holds a Bachelor and Master of Commerce from Auckland University.  Mr Cambie joined the Group in 2007 and has served the company for 4 years. 


Lammy Lee – Group Legal Advisor, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer 

Ms. Lee has been the Company Secretary and Group Legal Advisor of OOIL since February 1997 and Compliance Officer of OOIL since June 2004.  She was appointed a Director of OOCLL and a member of the OOCLL Executive Committee since April 1, 2011.  Ms. Lee holds a Bachelor of Laws from Queen Mary College, University of London, a Barrister and member of Lincoln’s Inn and admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.  Ms. Lee joined the Group in 1988 and has served the Group in various capacities for 23 years.


Allan Wong（アラン ウォン）－常務取締役 及 びOOCL Logistics 最高経営責任者

2000年10月より取締役。2009年11月より常務取締役に就任、現在に至る。香港中文大学にて社会科学学士号（Bachelor of Social Science）及び、経営学修士号（Master of Business Administration）取得。1976年にグループに加わって以来、2004年6月にOOCLロジスティックス株式会社のCEO（最高経営責任者）も兼任しつつ、35年間にわたり様々な部門・分野でOOCLとその子会社に貢献。

Steve Siu (スティーブ シュー) － 最高情報責任者

2006年11月OOCLの最高情報処理責任者及び取締役に就任。
1987年入社。22年間にわたり様々な部門・分野でグループに貢献。2002年1月以降はCargoSmart社の最高経営責任者を務めています。英国エセックス大学にて科学の学士/修士号取得。ノースウエスタン大学、香港工科大学にて経営管理学修士号取得



Erxin Yao（エレイン ヤオ） - OOCL (USA) Inc 社長

OOCL Chinaの取締役及びOOCl Logistics Chinaの取締役を経て、2010年1月にOOCL USAの社長 及び OOCLの取締役に就任。トロント大学、復旦大学にて学士号習得。コロンビア大学にて修士号取得。1993年にOOCL入社。OOCL Logisticsの取締役副社長等18年に渡り様々な部門・分野でグループに貢献  

Stephen Ng, Director of Corporate Planning

Mr Ng has been the Director of Corporate Planning since 1 August 2010. He has also been a Director of OOCL and a member of the OOCL Executive Committee since 1 August 2010. Mr Ng is the company spokesman and is OOCL’s representative for Grand Alliance consortium operations at the Principal’s level. Mr Ng holds an MBA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree from the University of Hong Kong. He joined the Group in 1987 and has served the company in various capacities for 24 years.
