Submit your Service Request online: Registered users can submit a request to OOCL to change or perform additional services for your shipment, such as Amend Booking, Arrange Haulage Appointment, or Change Destination, etc.
[Sign-in or Register with My OOCL Center now] Facility Location on Google Map: When using the Cargo Tracking feature on OOCL.com, all users may click the Google-map icon of the facility to see more detailed information and a map.
New, Enhanced Sailing Schedule: The sailing schedule has been updated with new, improved features for customers. With an intuitive auto-complete (type-ahead) feature, you can easily input the desired origin and destination, and you can quickly find the right vessel to suit your export schedule. OOCL offers the most comprehensive point-to-point sailing schedule in the industry with more than 5 million routes. Response times have also greatly improved.

Create a booking with an attached document: The internet online booking system has been improved, and you can now submit a booking online within a much shorter time frame. It is also possible to upload documents together with the booking, such as export licenses, cargo certificates, etc. All these documents can be stored in the Shipment Folder for easy reference.

Email the document to OOCL: If you are required to submit a document, such as a license or certificate, you will receive an email notification. By replying to the same email together with the document (as an attachment), your task is complete and OOCL will receive the document.
