CARRIER'S TARIFF

The terms of the applicable tariff(s) of the Carrier are incorporated herein. Copies of the relevant provisions of the applicable tariff(s) are obtainable from the Carrier upon request. In the case of inconsistency between this Bill of Lading and the applicable tariff(s), this Bill of Lading shall prevail except in the United States of America where the provisions of the tariff shall prevail.
