The following notification is for Imports to Canada only.
Please be advised that the Canada Border Services Agency has announced programming changes which will result in all carriers having to report cargo control numbers in a standard format.
The following vessels have been identified as being the first ones on each respective OOCL service into Canadian ports effected by these changes. These and subsequent vessels will have the cargo control number format shortened to just the OOCL carrier code (9082), and the bill of lading number associated with a particular shipment.
