한국향 수입화물 체화료 (Demurrage/Detention) 조정 안내 (2013년 3월 15일부)

1. 평소 저희 오오씨엘을 이용해 주셔서 감사드립니다.

2. 그동안 일부 한국향 수입화물의 체화와 더불어 컨테이너의 관리/유지/보수비용의  증가, 컨테이너 회전율 저하, 기회비용 상실등으로 인하여 기존 Demurrage 및 Detention 의 조정이 불가피하여, 수입화물에 대해 아래와 같이 체화료를 적용하게 됨을 알려드립니다.

 적용대상 : 모든 수입화물대상
 적용내용 : Demurrage및Detention 동일한 요율 적용, Calendar day적용 (일요일, 공휴일 포함).

Dry Container
1 - 10 days     Free Time (10 calendar Days)
11 - 45 days   KRW 10,000/20FT, KRW 15,000/40FT
46 days~         KRW 20,000/20FT, KRW 30,000/40FT
      
Reefer Container
1 - 5 days       Free Time (5 calendar Days)
6 - 20 days     USD 30/20RT, USD 60/40RF or RQ
21 days~        USD 60/20RF, USD 120/40RF or RQ

• Open Top/Flat Rack/Plat Form/Hanger Container등의 특수컨테이너는 다른 요율 적용.
• 구주/아주/호주 : 2013년 3월 15일부 한국도착기준.
• 미주 : 20132013년 3월 15일부 선적일기준.

Korea Inbound Trade - Adjust the rate of Demurrage & Detention

Dear Valued Customer,

Currently, the Demurrage and Detention charges continue to be below the required level to cover basic operating costs or inventory costs on the trade of Korea Inbound.
Considering that the current levels are unsustainable for the long term, we are announcing to adjust its rate which will be applied as follows:

 Effective Date : March 15, 2013
 Applicable Trade : all of Korea Inbound 
 Applicable Items : Demurrage & Detention, Calendar day including Sunday & Holiday.

Dry Container
1 - 10 days     Free Time (10 calendar Days)
11 - 45 days   KRW 10,000/20FT, KRW 15,000/40FT
46 days~         KRW 20,000/20FT, KRW 30,000/40FT
      
Reefer Container
1 - 5 days       Free Time (5 calendar Days)
6 - 20 days     USD 30/20RT, USD 60/40RF or RQ
21 days~        USD 60/20RF, USD 120/40RF or RQ

Note: Diffent rate will be applied for Open Top/Flat Rack/Plat Form/Hanger Container.
 Based on shipment on-board date for Korea Inbound from Trans Pacific W/B Trade.
 Based on the cargo arrival date for Korea Inbound from other than Trans Pacific W/B Trade.
