Customer Advisory: OOCL Tariff Revision (Outbound / Inbound) Please find OOCL tariff revision for all outbound / inbound shipments through all Malaysian ports, with effective 15th June 2012. 

Customer Advisory: Cheque Processing Fees To encourage customer through ePayment by wire transfer or IBG in place of manual cheque processing at OOCL counter, OOCL will proceed a surcharge (Cheque Processing Fee) of MYR10/cheque with effective 1st April 2012.

Customer Advisory: Malaysia Doc Fee Revision Effective 5th February 2012 onwards, OOCL Malaysia will revise Doc Fee for both Outbound and Inbound shipment. 

Customer Advisory: Mandatory Field in e-Booking - Rate Agreement/ Contract Number   We are pleased to inform that OOCL will enforce a booking process where each shipment will be processed through a unique/ specific Rate Agreement/ Contract Number to allow quick booking confirmation via our e-Service.
 New Demurrage Collection Procedure in Northport, Port Klang Effective 1st September 2012 (shipment on-board date), any settlement of demurrage charges for inbound shipment via OOCL into Northport terminal, Port Klang should be made payable to OOCL Malaysia

Customer Advisory: Revision of OB DD Combo: Effective 1st April 2012, OOCL Malaysia will revise its export Detention + Demurrage (2 in 1) Tariff.

Customer Advisory: Overweight Container Charge at Kuching Port With effective 1st January 2012, any container cargo at Kuching Port, Malaysia with its gross weight exceeding 36 tons will be categorized under heavy lift and will be handled by the Mobile Harbour Crane No.8 at the rate of MYR 8000 / - per lift.

 New ISO Standard for High Security Seal – ISO 17712:2010 Please be advised that effective March 1, 2012, the current International Organization for Standardization (ISO) mechanical seal standard (ISO/PAS 17712) will be replaced with a new ISO standard--ISO 17712:2010.
