| 4 | BL Amendment Fee | Fee charged whenever there is an amendment to BL after BL issuance.

| 5 | BL or Release Order (DO) Re-Issuance Fee | Fee assessed when Shipper, Consignee or their agents request to re-issue the Bill of Lading (BL) or Release Order (DO) due to whatever reason.

| 6 | BL Surrender (Telex Release) Fee | Fee assessed when shipper request for cargo release instructions for a given shipment upon the surrender of related Original Bill of Lading.

| 7 | Cleaning Fee | Fee assessed when the container is required to clean after empty return.

| 8 | Charge of Container Status to CY or CFS (Late declaration to terminal) | Charge assessed when consignee or their agents request to change the traffic mode from CY to CFS or vice-versa. |
| 9 | Container Lifting / Shifting Charge (in Yard) | Charge associated with shifting / lifting of container within terminal / depot at shipper request due to whatever reasons including but not limited to container rework, holding / cancel shipment, change of vessel, change of destination, special stowage requirement etc.

| 10 | Late SI Submission Fee | Fee assesed if shipper or their agents submitted the Shipping Instruction (SI) later than the OOCL published SI Cutoff.

| 11 | Late BL / SWB Collection or Late Payment of Freight, Fee. | Fee assessed on Late Collection of Original Bill of Lading (BL) / SeaWayBill (SWB) or Late Payment of Freight, if the Original Bill of Lading / SeaWayBill is not collected by the Shipper or the Prepaid Freight and Charges for Original Bill of Lading / SeaWayBill are not paid within 7 days after vessel departed.
